Once I place my order, how soon will it be shipped?
Once your order has been placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. If your order is placed after 1 PM, we cannot guarantee it will begin processing until the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. For any orders requiring customization, please allow up to 5 additional business days for processing.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to an order.
If you do need to make a request for cancellation or change, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order, and we will work with you to make any accommodation possible. Requesting an order change could result in a 24-48 hour delay in processing and shipping your order.
If your cancellation or change cannot be accepted, please follow our return and exchange policy. If you would like to add new items to your order, please place a new order at shopeaetactical.com.
If your order has already shipped, please manage your delivery through your customer account via shopaetactical.com or directly through the courier using the supplied tracking information. Most shopeaetactical.com orders are shipped using FedEx, UPS or USPS. Once your order is marked as shipped, you will receive it within the selected delivery timeframe. Ground service orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
Do you accept international order/ Shipping?
shopeaetactical.com has partnered with trusted third- party logistic companies, to fulfill orders for our international customers, this service will be on steam in Winter 2025.
