Once I place my order, how soon will it Ship?
Once your order has been placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. If your order is placed after 1 PM, we cannot guarantee it will begin processing until the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. For any orders requiring customization, please allow up to 5 additional business days for processing.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to an order.
If you do need to make a request for cancellation or change, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order, and we will work with you to make any accommodation possible. Requesting an order change could result in a 24-48 hour delay in processing and shipping your order.
If your cancellation or change cannot be accepted, please follow our return and exchange policy. If you would like to add new items to your order, please place a new order at shopeaetactical.com.
If your order has already shipped, please manage your delivery through your customer account via shopaetactical.com or directly through the courier using the supplied tracking information. This service allows you to view all inbound deliveries, reroute packages to a different address, sign for packages, or provide specific delivery instructions for delivery.
How will my order be delivered? What type of shipping service?
Most shopeaetactical.com orders are shipped using FedEx, UPS or USPS. Once your order is marked as shipped, you will receive it within the selected delivery timeframe. Ground service orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
Do you accept international order/ Shipping?
shopeaetactical.com has partnered with trusted third- party logistic companies, to fulfill orders for our international customers, this service will be on steam in Winter 2025.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No. All shopeaetactical.com orders must ship to a physical address.
Can I pick up at the Miami Location?
Yes. AE Tactical, LLC has a storefront/ retail location located in the Miami area. All online orders will ship from our warehouse in Miami for your collection.
Can I order with a Purchase Order?
All shopeaetactical.com orders must be made with a credit card, PayPal account, or with any other option provided on the platform. If you would like to purchase AE Tactical products through purchase order, please contact our customer service team at support@shopaetactical.com
Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
Questions about returns, exchanges, and warranty service
How Long do I have to return an item for refund? Are there any restrictions?
AE Tactical, LLC offers returns within 30 days for a full refund. Last Chance or Closeout items and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Customers can return items with their preferred carrier or with a prepaid FedEx label. Shipping and handling charges of $9.99 or $29.99 (AK/HI/US Territories) will be deducted from your refund for use of our prepaid label. Refunds are credited to your original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days.
The following items are not eligible for return.
- Customized items (i.e. items with stock logos, hemming or added hoods).
- Items that have been worn, altered, laundered or no longer have tags or original packaging.
- Last chance outlet items.
- Items not purchased on Blauer.com. For returns of Blauer items not purchased through Blauer.com, please contact the retailer where the item was purchased.
How Long do I have to return an item for exchange? Are there any restrictions?
AE Tactical offers a one-time complimentary exchange on full priced items. Exchanges are only eligible for items that are the same style and price and must be requested within 30 days. Outlet and sale items, customized items, and items shipped to HI/AK/US Territories are not eligible for exchange.
