The HyFin Vent Chest Seal sets the standard for the prevention, management, and treatment of an open and/or tension pneumothorax potentially caused by a penetrating chest trauma. This innovative device provides 3-vented channels that are designed to prevent airflow into the chest cavity during inhalation while allowing air to escape through the vent channels during exhalation. The 3-vent channels are designed to allow blood to escape and also provide a backup fail-safe system, as even if two of the three channels become obstructed, the vent is designed to remain fully operational. Advanced hydrogel technology provides superior adhesion as the HyFin Vent Chest Seal is specifically formulated to overcome adverse conditions in austere environments where the casualty may be covered in blood, sweat, body hair, or other environmental contaminants when a reliable chest seal is mandatory. Packaged in a compact, rugged, easy-to-open foil pouch, each chest seal also includes a gauze pad to wipe the wound surface prior to application. The HyFin Vent Chest Seal has a large red pull tab for single-step peel-and-apply application, while the transparent backing facilitates easy placement over the wound area, conforming to the chest. North American Rescue packages each chest seal using its signature Red Tip Technology red tear notches to ensure high quality performance. The HyFin Vent Chest Seal meets or exceeds the current EMS Standard of Care and TCCC & TECC guidelines for treatment of penetrating injuries to the chest.

Shipping and Delivery

Once I place my order, how soon will it be shipped?

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. If your order is placed after 1 PM, we cannot guarantee it will begin processing until the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. For any orders requiring customization, please allow up to 5 additional business days for processing.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to an order.

If you do need to make a request for cancellation or change, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order, and we will work with you to make any accommodation possible. Requesting an order change could result in a 24-48 hour delay in processing and shipping your order.

If your order has already shipped, please manage your delivery through your customer account via shopaetactical.com or directly through the courier using the supplied tracking information. This service allows you to view all inbound deliveries, reroute packages to a different address, sign for packages, or provide specific delivery instructions for delivery.

How will my order be delivered? What type of shipping service?

Most shopeaetactical.com orders are shipped using FedEx, UPS or USPS. Once your order is marked as shipped, you will receive it within the selected delivery timeframe. Ground service orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

Do you accept international order/ Shipping?

shopeaetactical.com has partnered with trusted third- party logistic companies, to fulfill orders for our international customers, this service will be on steam in Winter 2025.

Can I pick up at the Miami Location?

Yes. AE Tactical, LLC has a storefront/ retail location located in the Miami area. All online orders will ship from our warehouse in Miami for your collection.
