This revolutionary new concept for recording fingerprints features a specially designed microporous membrane that features a pore size of 7 to 10 microns affording a higher degree of detail in the fingerprint impression. It produces thousands of rolled and plain impressions.The benefits to the fingerprint technician become obvious when using the Flawless system. The ink pad provides, through capillary action, just the right amount of ink on its surface - not too much and not too little. Less pressure is needed when fingers are rolled across the pad's surface so less distortion is transmitted to the resulting impressions. Printmatic Flawless ink pads are supplied in our unique multi-mount, injection molded, copolymer polypropylene case. And these cases are equipped with a positive, snaplock lid to protect the ink surface from airborne contaminants.

Shipping and Delivery

Once I place my order, how soon will it be shipped?

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. If your order is placed after 1 PM, we cannot guarantee it will begin processing until the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. For any orders requiring customization, please allow up to 5 additional business days for processing.

 

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to an order.

If you do need to make a request for cancellation or change, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order, and we will work with you to make any accommodation possible. Requesting an order change could result in a 24-48 hour delay in processing and shipping your order.

If your cancellation or change cannot be accepted, please follow our return and exchange policy. If you would like to add new items to your order, please place a new order at shopeaetactical.com. 

If your order has already shipped, please manage your delivery through your customer account via shopaetactical.com or directly through the courier using the supplied tracking information. This service allows you to view all inbound deliveries, reroute packages to a different address, sign for packages, or provide specific delivery instructions for delivery.

 

How will my order be delivered? What type of shipping service?

Most shopeaetactical.com orders are shipped using FedEx, UPS or USPS. Once your order is marked as shipped, you will receive it within the selected delivery timeframe. Ground service orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

 

Do you accept international order/ Shipping?

shopeaetactical.com has partnered with trusted third- party logistic companies, to fulfill orders for our international customers, this service will be on steam in Winter 2025.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

No. All shopeaetactical.com orders must ship to a physical address.

 

Can I pick up at the Miami Location?

Yes. AE Tactical, LLC has a storefront/ retail location located in the Miami area. All online orders will ship from our warehouse in Miami for your collection.

 

Can I order with a Purchase Order?
